soya kabab

Ingredients
Soya chunks- 1 cup 
Gram flour- 1/2 cup
Onion finely chopped- 1 medium size 
Coriander leaves finely chopped- 1/4 cup
Ginger and garlic finely chopped- 1 tsp 
Turmeric powder- 1 tsp 
Red chilli powder- 1tsp 
Garam masala- 1/2 tsp 
Coriander seeds powder- 1/2 tsp 
Chat masala- 1tsp
Oil - for shallow frying 
Salt- as per taste 

Method-
1. Boil  the water add little salt add the soya chunks and let it come to boil 
2. Take out the soya chunks in bowl add cold water and squeeze out the excess water.
3. Grind the soya chunks in the mixer.  Take it out in the mixing bowl then add ginger and garlic finely chopped,  red chilli powder,  finely chopped onion and coriander leaves,  gram flour,  chat masala,  turmeric powder,  coriander powder,  garam masala and add salt as per taste. 
4. Now mix all the ingredients.  Grease the hands with little oil and make the kabab of desired shape and size. 
5. Heat the pan add 1 tsp oil place the kabab and let it shallow fry from both the sides.
6. Serve with green chutney or tomato sauce.
