Ingredients:
Chopped Capsicum -1 Cup
Boiled Green peas – 1 cup
Chopped and boiled
carrot – 1 cup
Yogurt (drained) – 1 cup
Grated cheese – 1 cup
Chopped green chillies – 2
Garlic bread – 1 loaf
Salt – as per taste
Coriander – as required (for garnishing)
Method
1. Take the chopped capsicum, roughly crushed green peas,
chopped carrot, chopped chillies and
yogurt add salt and mix the same.
2. Take the mixture and spread it on the garlic bread.
3. Toast the garlic bread along with the mixture in a hot
pan or oven till the cheese gets melted on slow flame.
4. Garnish with coriander.
5. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
