Cheese delights



Ingredient:

1. Grated cheese: 4 tbsp
2. Boiled and smashed potatoes: 1 cup
3. Chopped carrot: 2tsp
4. Chopped green capsicum: 2tsp
5. Chat Masala: 1/2 tsp
6. Red chilli powder: 1/2 tsp
7. Garam masala: 1/2 tsp
8. Salt: as required
9. Corn flour paste: as required
10. Bread crumbs : 1 cup
11. Oil : 2 tbsp

Method:

1. take Chopped capsicum , chopped carrot , boiled and smashed potatoes add chat masala, garam masala, red chilly powder, salt as required and make balls of them.



2. then stuff the grated cheese in the balls and thereafter make balls or tikkis as shown below.

3. Take this balls and coat them with corn flour paste. And roll them in the bread crumbs.

4. Take these balls and place them in pan and shallow fry them till it gets golden brawn.

5 serve them hot with tomato ketchup.

Gulab Jambun



( three easy steps)

Ingredients:

Milk solid (kyoa) - 1kg
All purpose flour - 250 gm
Sugar - 1 kg
Salt - 1 pinch
Clarified butter - as required
Pistachio - for garnishing

Method:

1. Soften the milk solid (khoa) with the help of palm add flour& pinch of salt, thereafter make dough.


2. Make small balls and deep fry them in clarified butter on medium flame till it gets cook inside.

3. Take a pan put sugar and add water till it cover whole sugar part. wait till it get to the boiling point. Make sure that sugar totally gets melted with one line consistency. When it is warm add the balls in to it. Garnish with pistachio.

Veggie garlic bread

 




Ingredients:
Chopped Capsicum -1 Cup
Boiled Green peas – 1 cup
 Chopped and boiled carrot – 1 cup
Yogurt (drained) – 1 cup
Grated cheese – 1 cup
Chopped green chillies – 2
Garlic bread – 1 loaf
 Salt – as per taste
Coriander – as required (for garnishing)



Method
1. Take the chopped capsicum, roughly crushed green peas, chopped carrot, chopped chillies  and yogurt add salt and mix the same.


2. Take the mixture and spread it on the garlic bread.



3. Toast the garlic bread along with the mixture in a hot pan or oven till the cheese gets melted on slow flame.


4. Garnish with coriander.


5. Serve hot with tomato sauce.

Home Made Shreekhand

                                     



Ingredients:
Hung yogurt  - 1 cup
Sugar powder -1 cup
Cardamom powder – 1 tsp
Saffron – 1 pinch
Milk – 2 tsp
Pistachio – as required (for garnishing)


Method
1. Take fresh yogurt tightly wrap it in a cloth and let it drop the water contain as it loses its water contain it becomes dry.
(Precaution: keep yogurt wrapped cloth in fridge so it will not get sour.
How to do?  Take a bowl put strain into it and keep wrapped yogurt on strain and cover it with plate or you can also hang the same.

This process take whole day as thickness of yogurt will enhance its texture.
2. take hung yogurt make it smooth with the help of sieve (chalni or puran yantra) add sugar powder mix it well.


3. Take warm milk add saffron into it and put this in above mix.

4. Add cardamom powder .
5. take shreekhand into serving bowl and garnish with pistachio. 
6. keep it to chill in the refrigerator and serve it.
